I understand and agree that the video and/or audio performances, including all text, recitations, music, computer or graphic files or other works contained therein and appurtanant thereto are subject to the copyright laws of the United States and other nations, and that I submit to the jurisdiction of the United States courts for any enforcement of rights related to the video performance.

I will not copy or otherwise reproduce the video and/or audio performances in part or in whole, nor will I redirect or allow the redistribution of the video and/or audio performances to any another person or other person or entity’s computer, including, but not limited to: email, videotape, digital recording, capturing, or HTML coding.

I understand that my access to the video performance is by revocable license, and that any public display, whether in a private or public venue is expressly prohibited.
